The flow and rhyme aren't forced but smooth. Words of wisdom, inspiring and a beautiful dedication. I love how there is a lesson to be learned which is explained in the last stanza. Excellent job! |

I'm always wary about rhyming poetry, but you pulled it off, it was a very well penned poem, and none of the rhymes seemed forced. An excellent tale with a thought provoking couplet at the end. Very mature and contained a very nice flow. |

Kay - this is great! Very visual - filled with detail in a few words. A very loving piece in honor of a fine gentleman, I've no doubt. |

Wow I did not go an see what others have written so I would not be influenced by what has already been said. I have to say that I think this is one of the best poems I have seen here and I really feel that the words you chose were excellant and the thoughts even better. I could tell where it was going before I got there but I let the slow current of your poem take me in and push me along while enjoying each and every line. Bravo on a work that shows the talent that always flows from you heart and your pen. excellant work Daisy.. very excellant indeed. |
