Today people open themselves,
to reveal their true feelings,
and today,
i shall open the deepest pit in my heart,
to tell you what you mean to me.
Mom and dad,
you are the stable ground that i walk on,
when I'm upset,
time and time again you turn off my tears,
turn off the worries,
leaving me nothing more then a hug to give,
to say thank you.
If there is anyone in this world,
who has saved me from the coldest tears,
and the most piercing battle,
both of you,
mother and father,
carried me out.
With so much to thank for,
so much to dig up,
to explain to you both today,
that i thank you for everything,
i love you,
and Happy Valentines day.
