Wow, this is such a descriptive and deep piece! I love the meaning that is shown through each line, and you penned this write very well. Excellent flow and word choice that kept me captivated and had me thinking about all you wrote in the end. Nice job as always! I hope you win that contest, you sure deserve it....5/5 from me....Keep writing, always and forever.

Envy is an ugly thing and there is nothing worse that "an evil tongue" spreading lies and trying to destroy others. Well written. Good luck with the contest. 5/5

I could have sworn I left a comment on this before but since it is not there, I guess I am losing what I have left of my mind. lol People do tend to have an evil tongue in matters of jealously of what others have and have to try and knock the other person down by talking about them. Good job. 5/5

Oh wow deep, dark poem.. about envy. Some words like scorn and evil really reflected the word envy very well.. great job taking the word envy to the next level, not by describing it but putting it into a poem and have it have a message as well.

    Yet another great poem.
    5/5.

I bet you won that contest :)
I like it, when I read it I read it more fast paced and it sounded good. I felt alot of emotion while reading it too.

This poem sent shivers down my spine Ingrid!
I expected someone to get stabbed at the end by the scorned Lover!! lol!
Nicely put together, suspense flowing in every word, keeping me right at the end of my seat until the last word had been spent.
    Nicely penned Ingrid!!
