Who Would Love

How much pain can you take because i have taken allot
all this pain over the years, and none i have forgot

you put so much on me and i will never forget the tears
all that you have given me you were my biggest fear

scared of love of loss of trust
scared i will never be good enough

for you for anyone so i hide myself
and keep my heart on the top shelf

i hide my heart so nobody will see
or have a chance of seeing what i could or could not be

i want to love but who does not
i tried i failed i had my shot

so now i give up I'm all alone
because of you who would have known

that when your in love in a relationship it could be just you
don't get mixed up in something you know you'll never get through

i know this poem is not the greatest it's very everywhere but a man is just a metaphor in this poem, of what i have been going through inside myself recently so yeah thats kind of how it is...... but thanks for reading it anyway
