Simply Wrong

I wish I knew who you are,
It would be so much easier to love you,
Sometimes I question our love,
Is it really true?

I feel like you hide things,
That you don't want me to see,
If you keep this up,
All you will have left, is a memory of me.

I want you to be honest,
true and pure,
But sometimes I feel,
As though I'm being pulled in by a questionable lure.

I thought I've known you,
Maybe I was simply wrong,
You put on a show,
That was evil and strong.

I want to fight back,
But what would you say?
Strength I lack,
I just want you to go away.
