How can i be your friend
if i once liked you,

How can i keep seeing you
as if nothing happen

My mouth says one thing
but my heart says another

I'm hurt that you act as if nothing
happened, for you is easy to treat
me as a friend, because now i know
that friendship is what you wanted
in the end

but its difficult for me because in you
i saw hope of something more and now its gone
and your OK without remorse

Once I've looked at a girl with different intentions
a friendship is out of the question

You don't understand that because
most of your friends
are guys, therefore i don't think
you know what you want i can
see that in your eyes

Soon i will have to take a decision to keep our friendship
or to move on in my life without you in it..
it might sound rude but i cannot make an exception with you its
not that easy I admit it

you are not that different than the other girls no offense,
yea you go to church and you love God
but when it comes to it I am nothing but a friend thats all
