What do you see/feel in your mind?
Silence overlaps my body
Like a cold wave pushing me under
Beyond my control
Pushed and pulled
Until my body cannot bear anymore
I give into the wave
Like I give into my mind
Letting it take me for a ride
It’s not fun
It’s horrifying
I am drowning
Wishing that I could just get some air
The air never comes
I go deeper and deeper
Into my mind
The darkness engulfs me
So now I am paralyzed
