The Eternal Flame

The Eternal Flame

How, do words have feelings, I wonder
How, does poetry drip from lips, stay with me
Is time really time, if one moment, one memory can last forever
A smile, is candlelight
A flicker in the darkness shining so
Like a firefly in the night
A shallow flame
The burning passion of eternity
A sweet smile, on rosy blushing cheeks
A soft caress, on a slender sloping back
Gentle whispers kiss the evening air
The perfect kind of Love
Always wished, never dismissed, sealed with a kiss
