In my dream the truth is told
In many ways, new and old
And sometimes I wonder why I'm still alive
With these haunting memories destroying my life
I am reminded soon by the light that appears
By a man who stands and fights my fears
And he tears them apart right before my eyes
Leaving my heart completely memorized

But here I am to save you at last

Calmly and confident he did say
And in my dreams the truth is told

Because my Saviour is always by my side.
