Alone

Well I guess this is Gods’ plan for me,
what could my purpose in life be.
He wants me alone forever more,
my life a black hole right down to the core.

I tried to find someone to love,
is this a message from above.
When I thought I found the one I lost them,
and it made my life even more dim.

From now on I’ll stay in my shell,
like a turtle afraid of Earth, the second hell.
I’ll keep myself bottled up inside,
away from everyone, in my head I will hide.

I can live my life like that,
no one to love except a cat.
No special someone to light up my life,
no children to raise with a wife.
