Celebrating Spring (Haiku, Cinquain & Haiku)

by Meena Krish   Mar 16, 2009

In gentle whispers
a ray of light caresses
the latent flowers

Their soft
petals open,
in bright gowns they stand tall
smiling they greet the fervent sun
and dance

In the hall of Spring
on a plush carpet of green
they celebrate life
