No need to hide

Remembering the days when you were happy,
but now you've taken that fall,
no one understands you,
you came up against a brick wall,

family turns a blind eye,
to all your hurt and pain,
friends don't seem to notice you,
there all in life for gain,

the emotions hidden within,
are starting to tear you in two,
the pain in your soul is growing,
and you cant figure out what to do,

each night you turn to your old friend,
you resort back to the knife,
you no he can help you survive,
so you don't end your life.

you talk to him and tell him,
that you feel so low,
that you cant go on any longer,
and you need your blood to flow.

he does just as you wish,
and the crimson tears to pour,
the relief is such a weight off your heart,
releasing the feelings you store.

only now can you cry,
to release these emotions inside,
for you can now think clearly,
there is no need to hide.
