It doesn't excuse anything
I hate putting you there
On the evil side, hatred
I just don't really understand
I need you to breathe life
You basically provide hope
I hate seeing you upset
Because of stupid things I say
The small unnoticed comments
It isn't excused by anything
I know you really do care
It's something I wish to return
The fairy tales will never be real
I still own a piece of story
Don't bother worrying
It's all going to be fine one day
You'll get a thank you
Beyond truly deserved...
I want more than anything
To make you smile for me
Desperately, you work to find
A way to keep me safe
My protector and warrior
Thank You.
