Thanking heaven i'm alive

These two lines sum it all up my friend.Who do we have in heaven to thank?God it's who we have and, we shoild all thank him for sustaining us through the night.

Didn't always use to be this way
When my life took a dive.

I've lived these two lines for a very long time my friend until I decide to get on my knees and ask his helping.

I enjoy reading this piece and.You've done a good job with it, your rhyme scheme held up throughout.
