Why oh Why

I no longer understand
This feeling is just so mystifying
A feeling that has only been felt once before
But this time it just is not ordinary
Rather pleasant to be honest

Yet it continues to befuddle my heart
This heart feels so majestic?
You just seem to have me starstruck by your gaze alone
Why that when we are apart I feel so torn
Why must I feel this way?

All it seems is that I have feelings of joy when I think of you
Why do I feel this way?
Why is it I cannot control my heart
