I touched your hand
Thinking back at all the memories
Running threw the water and sand
Then afterwords sitting by that special tree

I then look at your face
Then I remember your laugh
The thought of seeing you again makes my heart race
And making you mad and seeing your wrath

Why did it happen to you
I finally let go of your hand

They finally lowered you inside
They then covered the grave
Now in the ground you reside
Put now I'm dying inside because you I couldn't save

Now I go threw each day
I have you in my memories
