who just think they got it all..but don't
realize they too will be in that situation one

I picked this as a winner because it had reminded me of many times my friends had stabbed me in the back and thought I should be there in the end for them. But then the realized that I was no longer there for them.
It also reminded me of how I treated some of the people who were willing to be there for me and wanted to be there for me but i didn't want to accept it.

Thanks for making me realize!
