WOW what an emotional piece. There are so many times that I have thought my head would explode just from the continuation of all the thoughts. Things I couldn't let out. What a very thoughtful explosion of words you have woven. Great Job

Wonderful job on this poem. Sometimes when sitting alone....all we do is think so many things racing through the mind. Restless thinking keeping us from sleep. Looking for some kind of release.

This is something I can relate to. I have a very busy mind as well and often it feels like my head will explode. The only way to avoid things from getting out of hand is going to the beach and walk barefoot on the sand, because that draws out the negative energy in my body. If a beach is not within reach, you can also walk barefoot on the grass or just the ground. It is important to be connected to earth ( literaly) to regain peace of mind.
A very unusual poem by you, I hope you are ok!

This was so unusual to see a piece as dark as this.. but I can relate to the feeling of your thoughts jumbled in your mind and you feel like its just going to explode.. I think lots of us can relate to that feeling.. you did a great job at this, and did well with that thought/feeling of our thoughts and how we sometimes think our mind is just going to explode..

As I read this I felt like there is war raging

Well i like how you air out your thoughts on this opoem. Though this poem explores the dark side, no doubt that the images that lingers in your mind is portrayed clearly.

debris of my psyche as it implodes,
then burst through the skull that confines
