Six Stanzas Unexplained

by BornAgainWriter   Apr 5, 2009

Sitting in a brown wooden rocking chair,
Rocking back and forth to my favorite song,
My feet barely even touching the ground,
Creating my one breeze blowing at my hair.

Music notes flying at my through the speakers,
Dancing in little big circles around my head,
I twist and turn trying to keep my eyes on them,
Blinking my eyes to all the pretty colored dazzlers.

Rocking my head back and forth to the beat,
Twisting my wasit like I'm in a music video,
Trying to be seductive and sexy like them girls,
The kind that make you want to take a seat.

Looking at the writings on the wall, literal writings,
Comments all my friends have written over time,
When ever they take a foot step into my bedroom,
Different color sharpies for all different dealings.

Personal or non- personal it's all exposed to me,
It's all there as I stand up and dance around;
Dance in circles spinning with my arms wide out,
Waiting for the wind to knock me out, literally.

I sit on my bedroom floor feeling the soft carpet,
Slipping off my sneakers and blue polka dot socks,
Picking the blue lint that had got stuck between my toes,
Stretching across the floor to take off my jacket.

This is really good. It's just an insight into the life of a girl, specifically your life. It's really innocent and true.
I really like the first two stanzas.
I don't really have any advice or corrections.
    Good job.
