Two AM

I stare at your screen name
Right now it's 2a.m
I know your sitting in your room
And not wondering where I am

I wish to see your name pop up
"New IM" from everyone else but you
I sit here and stare at your blank IM
And wonder if you ever wonder too

Because right now its 2am
And I bet you've been drinking
And I wouldn't mind a message from you
Even though I know just what your thinking

If your drunk I really don't care
Just send me a message tonight
And I will find you and I will kiss you
You know I'm only waiting for an invite

I know that you have a girl
And I know that you'll never be mine
I know that you use me when you want to
But for whatever reason I don't seem to mind

So send me a drunken message tonight
As 2am slowly ticks away to 3
I'll come hang out with you and just for now
Pretend that you belong to me...

    Naww this was a very good poem, i liek the way you ended it, the emotions were expressed very well and the flow of the poem was great as well, overall i think it was a great poem, written well.

    It was very good. i loved the flow and i think it was a perfect length (no offense intended to AblissfulDREAMER) over all it was a great poem with real emotion.
