I wake up day after day
And I hope I keep breathing
My heart sings to you
To keep you from ever leaving

It hurts sometimes
When I love a soul
You are my life-like angel
My heat when I feel cold.

I could kiss you
And taste your being
When we touch
I feel like I'm soaring.

I don't want to know love
Because I know you
I don't need anything else
Because you get me through.
