All For You

by Francis Vaska   Apr 19, 2009

The world is collapsing around us,
There is nothing we can do I accept this,
Buildings collapse, children dying,
I need an earthquake to shake my mind,
There is nothing that this ending can do to you,
I will protect you; shelter you from the destiny of death,
The buildings is blazing, a silhouette, on fire in the room,
There is no such thing as a job to big for me to do,
As long as it's for you,
You're the only importance in my life,
Don't let anything frighten you,
I've been there in thick and thin,
I'll be here till the end,
Fighting with all my might,
Considering survival as an impossibility,
Fighting the odds,
And as I parish,
You will pull through this,
And my dying thoughts and words are for you,
I accept my fate, and despise myself,
For I was not able to save you,
I have failed.
