If I could ever truly show you,
The way I feel about you,
I don't know where I'd start,
I wouldn't know what to do.

I would start with all your dreams,
Placing them in the Night Sky.
I'd put the moon inside your hands,
And the stars inside your eyes.

Then I'd move onto your past,
I would show you beauty in this world.
Proving there is a reason to move on,
And a future to unfurl.

I would look at all your burdens,
And toss them in a bag.
I would place them on my shoulders,
So your feet would never drag.

If your wings become broken,
I would give you the endless sea.
I would give you the Earth and all its wonder,
To show how much you mean to me.

But all the beauty in this world,
With everything I would give you,
It still would not be enough...
So my heart will have to do.
