How beautiful the memories from childhood....sometimes it seems like just a dream. The trees were greener the skies bluer. Then the reality. How man and the need for more has destroyed the beauty of the enviroment. Children of today just hear the stories of how things use to be. How sad:(

It is sad that so much of nature and the earth is destroyed to make way for progress. They tear down trees to build houses and buildings then plant little scrawny things that will take years to grow, all in the name of progress. Well done.

This is truely an awesome write. I loved the title.."Gone like my childhood days." Thats just what has happened to mother nature.. and its so sad. Chidren nowadays do not have the carefree memories of running in fields of grass.. finding wild flowers, gazing up at the sun like you have said. I loved how you expressed this, it brought back memories. These are things money cant buy. Things that sadly man has destroyed with the need to make room for more buildings of stone. So well written and expressed, I loved it. TOP MARKS!
