Still Waiting.

by forevertobeart   May 8, 2009

Fire burns my emotions to call upon a sensation.
Your dreams make my nights flame of the game.
Playing a tune that shook my soul for sure.
Bouncing a red vibrancy of your glamor and fame.
You keep running toward me with a joy never before.

Still waiting for the union of two souls,
Reaping a moment long waited in the hollow before.
In times of lonely ups and dark downs,
Blinding glare and dazzling eyes, the dreams galore,
Reminding cheeks and meets of smiles and frowns.

The symphony has lasted and will in good hope.
Will I find someone like you on this long shore?
My ignorance for you is a pleasure I'll cherish,
To find your comforting bank and loving store.
A life with you is something I'll cherish.

Still waiting and nothing arrives; where are you?

I like the writing in this, but the flow is a little off, it made it kind of difficult to get into.

This dark poem has beautiful imagery and I felt like I was reading a love poem save the last line

This is a really descriptive and well worded poem =] The imagery you have ceated is beautifull and the structure of the poem works reallyvery well. Im not so sure about all the full stops in the first staza however perhaps you could put a comma after the second and then just one full stop at the end in order to make the flow more smoothe. Overall an excellent write, i enjoyed reading it!
