It's time

by RedRose   May 9, 2009

Here before us, is the time of our choices.
To suffer tragedies and louden voices.
Brother fights brother
and Man proves no worth.
Righteous choices mark the earth.
Selfish cries hide Selfless why's.
To suffer answer become louden voice.

Unbearable truth is the worst pain.
Easy lie lived once a time.
Lasts only til the end of time.
Nobody questions, nobody asks,
Lead to arms and flesh to axe.
Souls fleeted long ago crying out,
To loud to hear but the voices still louden.

Deaf hear the answer but choice not to say.
Those who sense start with lead thus end the day.
This land of ours, all under sun and moon.
Look now upon us of the time of our doom.
We choose not to listen to those who speak.
We choose to stay silent and no let our tongue leak.

Here before us, is the time of our choices.
To open our ear and soften our voices!
No longer suffer our destined tragedies,
Let brother love brother, throw down arms and hold.
Man to live in peace with love and life,
No more blood spilt upon our scorched earth,
Let he forest grow wild and bellow chirping birds.

Its time to open our ears now and listen to the cries.
Its time to open your mouths and ask the why's.
People under the sun and moon,
We all share that one little voice,
To suffer tragedy; make the choice!
