as for advice-um have you tried herbal sleep mixtures? sleep tapes? meditation? lavender oil on your pillow? I know some of these seem reallllllyyyyyyy lame but they've worked in the past for me. Meditation especially! Learn what to do and if you do it properly you should be able to sleep without too much problems. Worth trying them maybe?
