This was a very sweet poem, the whole concept of you confessing was cute, and made me smile! Good luck with your relationship, it sounds like you two are madly in love.

My only problem that I saw was how many times you used "I", "me" and "he" etc.

Maybe try being a bit more unique and find way to go around saying "I......" all the time.
