Why did you hurt me so,
Let me down and let me go.
You told me lies right from the start,
You played a game and broke my heart.

It takes time to heal the pain,
But until i mend its you i blame.
You were so cruel and so unkind,
You said you loved me but,i was blind.

You promised things you couldn't give,
Promised a place for us to live.
You took back the spoken word
When everyone knew n they all heard.

Can you go back,lead a happy life,
Without me and be with your wife.
If you can I'll say goodbye,
And no-more tears i will cry.
