Catch Me

by Jad   May 25, 2009

Can you see me
Can the truth be
That I'm alone to fall
Comprehending everything I saw

But is there someone near
Are they really here
Or is it a false illusion
Or a confusing disillusion

Still I cry for help and plead
As I suffer and bleed
Trying to have some hope
But how can I cope

I keep falling and falling
And inside everything is rawing
As I start to lose sanity
Becoming used to insanity

But I pray every single night
Trying to recover my sight
So I can see the bottom
Instead of frozen and numb

Please someone come and save
Save from this dark solitude cave
And please just catch me
This is all that I need

This was a well written poem, not the best. Each verse seems to be confined by your four lined pattern, and thus in places where the verse should continue, it ends without it actually seeming to reah it's completion. 4/5
