And I love it when you would smile like that...
When the sky is cloudy your face never is...
Times that made me smile like I was happy,
I was happy.
Hours in the grass,
Staring at the clouds,
But at you too...
You'd always catch my glance.
But the clouds would catch away our attention
Moments, minutes, forever it seemed
Where the sky would shift in
Never ending patterns
Dragons, fish, pokemon shaped
Endless possibilities until the sky was entirely grey
Or our time was up...
Fast...
It all went by so fast
And I'm wondering where the clouds went
And how they managed to get away
Without my noticing.
That time, that place,
The chance to get to know you a little better,
(Though I still could know you so much better)
Made me happy,
Where happiness was an allusive friend.
And even through the tears I smiled.
