Good work from both of you. Once again, it is difficult to determine who wrote which verse or lines as it should be. You have expressed the many faces of love very well. Good job

I like the the idea, it was neat but the deliveration was a bit off putting and the narrative was sometimes a little confusing. I would have liked the first stanza to deal with the actual child and not the development of the fetus because realistically a lot can happen before it is actually born. Childbirth would be perhaps a better subject of concern here.

'Their love is his sole condition for survival.'

Why gender specific? If it was a 'tiny fetus' no one would know the sex yet.

I thought the transition could be better between first and second stanza, it's a good idea..a stanza for a 'new face' but offering the reader six different mini poems that don't offer as much as they could. You could have had the journey of a couple and each face of love they encounter:

    First kiss
    First time
    Married
    Childbirth
    etc...

The first stanza would also be better off towards the end because it's a more...'important' thing than a kiss or something.

I never understood why the first stanza was in third person and the rest was in first..it's quite detaching.

Good effort nonetheless, though it could have been a bit more coherent.

This collaboration from you is profound. J

I have read it once and feel like it is speaking of the beauty that two can create. This appears to be another life at first, but used as a metaphor, that could mean any shared creation, this poem perhaps?

In it you talk about shared histories. This I take this to means your different nationalities, different, yes, but it highlights that we are indeed all descended from God. We are all brothers and sisters, so lets embrace and allow love to enter all of our hearts, through all of our shared senses. We are as one, so we can live as one and love one another.

A great write from two very special intuitive writers.

    Well done

    Michael

Michael, it is about all different kinds of love known to men. LJ and I discussed: ( in this order)

    -love for our children
    -love for our soulmate
    -love for family
    -love for friends
    -love for nature
    -love for life itself

Well what i like about this poem is it's overall meaning on love. This stanza i can surely relates to "Inside mother's womb the tiny fetus grows.
How his parents anticipate his arrival,
only God and fellow parents can know.
Their love is his sole condition for survival". You said it all here. This brings memories of some passing time. I am sure every parents who desire their child passes through this process. Very well done you two, 5/5, hugs, kel.

Love can be expressed in many ways and in this wonderful piece you both did that beautifully.
    I've enjoyed reading this piece.
