Soldiers of Rome

by Jonathan Coker   May 26, 2009

We are strong and defiant,
We raise our swords high.
We are brothers among brothers,
Together we fight and die.

We are the soldiers of Rome,
We served and fought,
For the good of Rome our mother.

We stand tall our spears in the air,
We are many we serve under our wise king.

We are the soldiers of Rome,
We lived and loved fought and died,
But we always held our heads up high.

We served our country and the gods that live on the, High steep rocky top of mount Olympus.

We are the soldiers of Rome,
We may be gone but we are still remembered.

We are the soldiers of Rome,
We are a band of brothers,
That fought and died a long time ago.
