Watching the perils of man

by Michael Shrawder   May 28, 2009

This life is
Like watching a head on collision

A forest
Burnt from a spark of ignorance

You speak-The innocent weep tears of blood
You hurt-the humble break their back for you
You light the fire-I watch it burn

This barren wasteland:
Ill cleanse your path of destruction

Wisdom is useless with arrogance
Strength is useless if your drunk with power

The mind of man is easily convinced to be the divine

I have pondered
"Do we really deserve this?"

Realization:
We create our own perils

How can man find peace, we answer ourself
-With arrogance

Every answer is
"yes"
How do we discover the deserving.
