ILY my daughter "i love you"

by Barbara Jean   May 30, 2009

A thousand times i needed you
a thousand times i cried
if love alone could have saved you
you never would of died.

you never said "goodbye"
you never said "im leaving"
you were gone before i knew it
and i still dont know the reason why

in life i miss you so much
in death i love you still
your always in my heart
that no one could ever fill

it broke my heart to lose you
but you didnt go alone
part of me went with you
the day god took you home.

Again you have done another good job and the emotion is really good in this poem. The flow and rhyme was good as well. This was a really good poem dealing with why someone died and you did a great job.

This is a really powerful poem. in every word you feel a ton of different emotions come out such as sadness, loss, love. i enjoyed reading it but it did make me cry but not in a bad way. :)

    its really beautiful.

This poem was really good. I can tell that it really came from your heart. I'm sorry for your lose, no one deserves to loose a child. I send my prayers to your son. I really hope God will send you a miricale.
