The Lustrous And Stealthy Twilight Night

by Hallo A Lilium   May 31, 2009

Lustrous rain drowns all dreary and dim
Stealthy droplets that sing melodious hymns
Light bright illusions, painted stars
Ruddy surface, planet Mars

Dusk begins inside of our suns eyes
Twilight darkness engulfs the skies
Hushed creatures scurry round
Creeping craftily and make not a sound

Chirping crickets mate in tune
Solitary color decorates a lone moon
Bask within an ambiance of fragrant roses
Stems tilted from weather, different poses

Muddy puddles splayed on the ground
Boots trot through, weighing down
Endless details describe this night
Words cannot begin to portray such a sight
