Robot

I was a happy little robot,
playing with my bestest friend,
The one that i could never live without,
the one that i would self destruct if i lost.

If we weren't together in distance we always knew we were together in heart.

You were my cord, my wire, my electricity, you were the one that held me together.
My builder. my mentor, my life.

Reality hits me, i break down,
my cords, wires and electricity are missing.
My builder cant fix me, my mentor cant help me.

I can feel myself bust, my lights are going one by one.
Im wasting away like the drought, cracked and dried up. No one can restore me, no one can replace my builder, no one can put me back together, no one can make me function but you.

Without my lights on, no one can see me,
without my cords no one can hear me,
without my electricity i cannnot function.

Without you i must self destruct.
