Too Good to Last..

I feel just like an idiot
I let you break my heart
I should have seen it coming
Or known it from the start

A part of me is missing now
A part I cant get back
And I know its sad to say
But its your memories I must pack

Once theyre packed Ill store them
And hope in time theyll fade
Along with all the good times
That through time we have made

At least Ive reached the bottom
I mean things cant get much worse
So hopefully this is the end
Of this never ending curse

Im tired of the turbulence
We always had to face
The ups and downs were terrible
And you were just a waste

But by then its far too late
By then Ill be a memory

Ive finally seen the end
I know what I must do,
To leave this all behind you see,
Is the way to make it through
