Rainbow Mornings

by MidniteRain   Jun 15, 2009

Smiling sun rays
Through purple-gray clouds.
Red and yellow puddles
Of yesternight's rain.
Streaming to blue-green ponds,
Beyond the concrete slides.
Sweet silent sounds,
Birds and bees busy,
Swift flight through trees,
Green-yellow canopies.
Wind rushing through brush,
Grass teasing knees,
Warm sand easing weary feet,
Run laughing, crashing
Into white-blue seas.

Again the flow was good and I thought your chioce of heading for the poem was well suited, another very good piece!
