Black Sunrise

by Cate Rock   Jun 16, 2009

The black sunrise over Alaska broke early yesterday,
It broke over torn flesh, fresh blood, and the begining of decay.
Death to one who was born to die is one thing...
But death to my eternal brothers is another.

Id trade my torn soul for another moment with each one...
Yet I'm forced on...
How I wish i could have stayed...
How i wish i could have helped...

I missed him...I missed his face...His blank love filled stare...

I wished for him...but hes gone I'm here and i must live...
