Naive *contest poem*

by David Paul   Jun 17, 2009

A raspy sorting of words and feeling,
Long staring into artistic ceilings,
One thousand pictures worth just one more word,
Entitled through thoughtless verbs.
Anticipation.
The lives that paint loves lust and lies,
Forced unity toward the starless skies.
Dictation.

I love this piece, you did such a wonderful job. Although it was short, you captured the reader and held their attention until the end. Very well-penned, good luck with the contest! Take care and keep writing, always and forever..

Forced unity toward the starless skies."
