avoiding the other side that says it all
knowing nothing but what your tongue riddles

your words can shiver down my spine
and make my eyes build rivers

but once I make this wall of iron
I can shut you out and make me bitter

this cynical action vexes me more
without you my life shines and glitters

just so you know you are nothing to me
you don't make my eyes want to shimmer
