Humankind's Failure

Watch the news.
And look at the insanity.
We humans are the last ones.
To talk about humanity.

People kill each other.
With knives, machetes and guns.
Have we no better thing to do?
Or is that considered fun?

The animals in the jungle.
Know what mercy means.
They don't kill their own unless they need to.
I guess killing is in our genes.

People kill for religion.
People kill for bucks.
Others do it for politics.
Humans are starting to suck.

We are turning this earth into a hell.
And God is watching above.
We have no tolerance for one another.
So why do we expect from him some love?

Humans have failed each other.
With murders, rapes and hate.
We have the key to peace.
And we can determine our fate.

But, so long as greed exists.
So long as power is the prize.
Then humanity will be sinking.
Right infront of our eyes.

Children are raped.
And people slaughtered fast.
It is countdown to destruction.
How much will this earth last?

Remember, God is watching everything.
And we will be judged one day.
We will be reminded how we turned into monsters.
And how far from humanity we strayed.

So, people still kill for religion.
And people still kill for bucks.
Good lord, with this poem i want to tell you.
How much we humans suck.
