Why I ask you.

by Some guy done with college   Jun 25, 2009

Why is it that my heart can break
and be mended and yet still burn
with the love and the hate
that has always driven it

Why can my mind bend
yet still think straight
and endure the pain
everyday has given

Why does my body move
yet all I need is to stop
and walk the same roads
that are seen ever day

Why I ask you.
Why?

Because my heart is made of steel
my mind is free from the world
and my body will never stop me

I control myself

Who are you to tell me why?
