Stillborn Love

by Yazdan   Jun 29, 2009

The rain falls upon on our heads
And drips down between our bodies
Held close together
With our heads down
What are tears and what is rain
As each falls to the ground beneath us
Just as the clouds part from its rain
We must part as well
But held so closely
We cannot loosen our grips
Upon each others body
Under the downpour of rain
The rain feels so good on our hearts
But so bad on our skin
The same for our love
Which must be stillborn
Tonight it all ends
The storm clouds
And decisions that trouble our hearts
Tomorrow the sky shall be clear
But our heats will rain forever

This is interesting. Not like a lot of the typical poems you find on this site.
