A long forgotten princess waits
for a prince charming who never came
locked away in a high tower
in a land that is left behind

there's no kiss to break the spell
no evil dragon to defeat
no knight in shining armor
no happy ever after to show and tell

a story that has seemed to fade
a tale no one really cares about
just another fairytale that is forgotten
