Infidel

by Nonz   Jul 8, 2009

Infidel! you betray your core
your immorality is a sore
to civility
your corrupted self contaminates
innocence at vicious rate
and mendacity

you are an open wound of rage
from previous battles, restrained in cage
by own bitter choice
you resent it, yet you are paranoia
and oblivion is your panacea
conspiracy is your voice

relish in chaos and laugh in pain
inflict hurt just to stay sane
you spread the epidemic
of dishonor, temper, and avarice
your audacity will surely suffice
to denounce those you mimic

Infidel you are
driven by hate
for fame you ache
but notoriety is your fate
