This poem is nice. I like the flow.
Nicely penned~

Is that i'm afraid of the unknown.
Afraid of the future.
Afraid of what's to come.

You expressed your emotion well.

Sometimes we let out our feelings and the message is more important then the poetic value of the verse. I think this is one of those:)
Being afraid of the future is a normal feeling, just so you know!
Thing is to find ways to control your fear and usually that is done by building on your self confidence and doing things to secure your future, like working on school/ carreer and taking good care of yourself and the people around you.
Someone once said: when you live right, the dream will come to you. So you need not worry, live right, do all you can to be a good person and things will be fine, whatever the exact outcome may be:)
