This is a beautiful poem about different kinds of flowers. You have some great imagery in this piece, very well done. The ending was a little sad, that summer has ended but uplifting because they will be back next year. A great write, well done! Happy to see a new poem by you :] |

I have many times thought that poems about nature are in many ways better than love poems where the same old thoughts and words are written and worn out. Nature opens up the thought process and lets real creativity take place. Your poem finds just the right words and the phrases you painted let us imagine the scene you had in mind. I think your work here is "A" plus and a was a good read and a nice moment to reflect on the theme you chose. Bravo! |
