I Love You ... <33

I really wasn't expecting much from this poem due to your age, but I was pleasantly surprised :) I liked the repitition on the first two stanzas, also the A,B rhyme scheme that is used works well and the final stanza where you're "happy for you" :) Well written

I like the things you say to me,
I like how you speak,
I like your eyes looking at me,
I hate it when they leak,

I like how close you pull me,
I like it that you're glad,
I like it when you're happy,
I hate it when you're sad,

I love the way you smiled that day,
I love that your heart flew,
Thats the day you asked her out,
Just know I'm happy for you.

This is exactly how I felt when my ex ended it with me so he could ask the girl he had fallen for out. Yeah, I was upset but I was also happy that he was happier with her as strange as it may be. Very sweet yet sad. I can relate to this, 5/5. Em
